- learning about potassium and taking a step to follow my joy of building the ultimate health manual (name needs some work)
- Tone it Up for their bright happy vibe. The passion of Katrina Scott who said “dont build a business, have a message and build a brand and community around it and a business will unfold”
- Family who love me and check up on me
- All the lessons I have learned today
- All changes happen from within. Come into the field of love first before talking about any issue
- Talk positively and keep allowing goodness
- Release resistance which comes in the form of pushing, trying to hard and always needing to control.
