WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS TODAY?
It is now 7 October and I am going out to dinner with my man. I am at my goal weight 58 kg and we are celebrating by having a great night out. I feel absolutely amazing and am full of energy, sass and life. YAY!!!
Why is this a must?

- I love feeling confident to put myself in my instagram photos and document my life with me in it. This is a confidence changer too.

- Get ready for Dr D diet. Nourish myself up and set the date for when I am going to start (Monday 31 July – Monday 4 September)
