WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS TODAY?
It is now Dec 1 2017, I am at Bondi Beach, for lean and gorgeous. I am working out at the outdoor gym and am working on being able to do chin ups. I am 57kgs and feel awesome and alive!!!
Why is this a must?

It is now 10 May 2018. In celebrating my birthday with the love of my life. I am in an awesome Partnership with a man who inspires me to be my best and I him. We are laughing together and celebrating the day with some great friends
Why is this a must?

- It adds another depth to my life and ability to grow
- Get me whole first! Take my journal and identify what makes me super whole first
- Have fun and laugh – no more resting bitch face here
- Book my gym and Pilates session so I can meet people
It’s now 1 July 2020. I’m on my way to Manhattan Beach for a holiday. I have my own business/ am in a global role and am loving life. I am completely mobile and get to make a positive impact whereever I go. I’m working with awesome people and feel alive
Why is this a must
- The growth of who I am to become. In order to achieve this massive goal I’ll have to become an even more amazing woman
- Have a purpose and leave the world a better place
- Increase money so I have financial security and can enjoy life more by travelling

I do have fears around how I can stay consistent and stick the path as healthy living is out of practice for me. This is why this blog is so important. To have a place where I can be both honest and accountable and NOT perfect! I guess it’s like my mum says… take one day at a time.
